P&O Cruises provide elegant cruises to over 90 countries, and pride themselves on the extraordinary experiences that their guests can enjoy on board as well as the delights that await them offshore.
Careys Manor has a unique offering: elegant English tradition combined with contemporary oriental sophistication. It has a lot to say for itself and even more to offer, but felt it wasn't getting the message across to potential guests or spicing it up enough for current ones. It also felt that underneath a rather old-fashioned tone a quirky, fun one was bursting to get out.
From the very start 3 Men have taken the time to understand the dynamics and emotions of our business and that of our competitors - the result to date has been exceptional (and a pleasure getting there too!) and with more plans afoot, we can't wait for the next chapter.
If you are looking for passion, insight and the creativity to drive you ahead of your competitors it seems that 3 Men & a Suit can easily exceed your expectations.
Mark Seamer - Director of Sales & Marketing
We got together with Careys Manor over custard creams and a nice pot of Earl Grey and racked our collective brains until some lightbulbs fell out. Two big fat lightbulbs. One, the brochure looked posh but it didn't have pizzazz. So we pizzazzed it up with some lush text and the kind of photos that you could spread with organic butter and eat. Now the brochure is smart, sassy and sexy and knows how to lure those guests in, time and time again.
Our second lightbulb was a different kind of challenge. We realised that Careys Manor weren't making the most of the everyday messages that guests saw, messages that could blossom with fun and intelligence as well as be useful. These messages - or "guest interfaces" if you want to be clever - were things like "Please don't smoke in this room".
The interface had such potential for changing the voice of the hotel from something a bit hotel-ish and, let's face it, dull, to the voice it wanted to sing with.
So we tore up the rulebook and created some fun, quirky and clever messages that make the guests smile as well as do what they are told. We know they are working because our messages are being nicked.
And no, there isn't an apostrophe in Careys Manor. Don't think we haven't asked.
